Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

Australia Post Mail services are used exclusively for all deliveries up to 5 kg of Maalinup products throughout Australia.
Express Post 3 kg and 5 kg Satchels will be used if appropriate.
Bulky and heavier items will be sent by Australia Post Parcel Delivery Service.
For paintings and other fragile larger items, Pack and Send services will be used.
These items will need to quoted based on your delivery address and the price shown at checkout will be confirmed prior to sending the items.
Where an Express Satchel can be used, products up to 3 kg in weight to all destinations within Australia will be charged at a flat rate of $17 (including handling and packaging).
Products between 3.1 and 5 kg will be charged at a flat rate of $27 (including packaging and handling).
All other items will be processed manually and a quote for packaging, handling and postage/freight will be emailed for approval.
Delivery can take between 2 to 9 working days within Australia from dispatch depending on the destination.
For all deliveries to International destinations, please click on the ‘Manual Order’ button in the shopping cart so we may quote you an individual delivery charge based on the order.
If you wish to insure an item please click on the “manual order” button and we will advise the cost.

RETURNS POLICY

Maalinup will accept returns only if the product has incurred damage during transit. We will not accept returns based on customers ‘changing their mind’ upon receipt of the product.
Please ensure you purchase online wisely.
